Eau de Vie André Dierickx

In addition to our wines, André Dierickx also produces a refined Eau de Vie, distilled from Pinot Gris and aged for one year. This characterful spirit stands out for its rich and complex aromas, complemented by an elegant and harmonious finish.

The quality of this Eau de Vie received international recognition with a silver medal at the International Spirits Challenge in London in 2018.
